The 2025 edition of our Coliman Bananas Leaders Convention – AGGALL Group was more than just a professional gathering; it was a space to strengthen one of the most important pillars of our organizational culture: assertive communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During two days of talks, workshops, and collaborative activities, our leaders immersed themselves in an environment of learning and reflection. The focus was on how to communicate better with respect, clarity, empathy, and a focus on solutions. Through shared experiences and practical tools, valuable dialogue was generated about how assertive communication is key to leading with integrity, resolving conflicts, strengthening bonds, and making decisions that align with our values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a dynamic environment like ours, the ability to express our thoughts and feelings directly and respectfully while actively listening becomes indispensable. This type of communication allows us to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Prevent misunderstandings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Create healthier and more collaborative work environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Give constructive feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Make more informed and consensual decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond technical learning, this convention gave us the opportunity to reconnect with colleagues from other departments, share best practices, and reaffirm our commitment as leaders of change. We experienced moments of inspiration and collaboration. Above all, we reaffirmed that at Coliman Bananas, we work better when we communicate with respect and empathy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every activity reminded us that communication involves not only talking but also listening attentively, asking intentional questions, and responding mindfully. We leave this convention with a renewed commitment to applying what we learned to our daily interactions because we know better communication makes us better leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
