Coliman Bananas 2025 Leaders’ Convention

The 2025 edition of our Coliman Bananas Leaders Convention – AGGALL Group was more than just a professional gathering; it was a space to strengthen one of the most important pillars of our organizational culture: assertive communication.

During two days of talks, workshops, and collaborative activities, our leaders immersed themselves in an environment of learning and reflection. The focus was on how to communicate better with respect, clarity, empathy, and a focus on solutions. Through shared experiences and practical tools, valuable dialogue was generated about how assertive communication is key to leading with integrity, resolving conflicts, strengthening bonds, and making decisions that align with our values.
